Responsible for supporting the continued growth and expansion of Korn Ferry's global Products business, David works closely with the firm's global leadership, account and business development teams to ensure our solutions are targeted and aligned with client objectives.

Mr. Marzo joined Korn Ferry through its acquisition of The Newman Group. Since joining the firm, David has held various leadership roles, engaging with many of firm's top clients across several sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Life Sciences and Industrial.

In his current role, Mr. Marzo is responsible for a global team of Solution Architects that play an active role on firm's largest pursuits to ensure our solutions and capabilities align to client requirements and objectives. The team is responsible for the integration of our core product offerings thereby delivering a rich set of insights and analytics. The team works closely with consultants to deliver solutions that encompass Advisory services and products.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Marzo was a Partner at The Newman Group, responsible for leading a team of Consultants delivery organization strategy in the areas of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management.

Mr. Marzo earned a bachelor's degree in Organization Studies University of Massachusetts Amherst.
