Deanne brings a total talent lens to her work, including expertise in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) and Managed Service Provider (MSP) solutions. Deanne has successfully operated across diverse industry sectors, including Banking & Finance, Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Consulting, and Consumer and Industrial.

In her current role, Deanne collaborates closely with clients to drive strategic account leadership and growth. She excels at designing and implementing solutions, managing profit and loss (P&L), and overseeing operational excellence for clients and teams across Australia and New Zealand. Her focus is on creating industry-leading talent functions that deliver quality business outcomes.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Deanne served as the Global Head of Operations for another RPO provider. In this capacity, she also directly managed two of the firm’s largest global accounts.

During her time there, she held general management roles across the broader APAC region, where she drove new business development, solution design, and strategic client advisory. Her career has been marked by successful partnerships with leading organizations.  She also enjoyed the privilege of overseeing the Telstra Business Women’s Awards judging program. She facilitated local and national judging panels and continues to leverage her relationships with key senior female executives across Australia and New Zealand.

As a passionate and capable people leader, Deanne has led teams of over 400 professionals globally. She embraces the Servant Leadership style, creating a psychologically safe environment for her team members to learn, build confidence, and thrive in their careers.

Deanne holds Post Graduate qualifications in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, resides in Melbourne and is married with one child and a dachshund.
