Ms. Kramp led the retail practice at Korn Ferry for over a decade, creating world class solutions for our clients and building one of the largest retail practices in executive search today.  She personally works with board level and C-suite executives and advises with senior leaders to build high performing teams.  She works across the consumer markets with deep involvement in the retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer businesses.

Ms. Kramp brings a wealth of relevant business knowledge and personal experience to Korn Ferry.  

She was a senior executive in retail, which brings a unique perspective to the candidates and companies she represents. Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she held senior level merchandising roles in specialty, mass and discount retailers. She is frequently quoted as a leader in the retail industry.

She has served on the Board of Directors for the National Retail Federation’s Foundation with a mission to educate students, teachers, and parents about career opportunities in retail.  She is actively involved in promoting women in leadership roles in the retail sector.

Ms. Kramp holds a BS degree in business and fashion merchandising from Eastern Illinois University, Charleston, Illinois.
