A PRC national, Diana worked and lived in Hong Kong and the US for nearly ten years before returning to China. Prior to Korn Ferry, Diana worked with other international executive search firms as Practice Leaders, where she had successfully completed a large number of senior executive assignments serving both large and small caps.

Diana has witnessed the fast evolution of China industrial sector over the past 16 years. She has developed in-depth market insight and observations. She brings value by advising her client the China leadership dynamics and aligning their business needs with the right leadership strategy.

In her earlier career, she worked as the Head of Human Resource for Xerox, responsible for the overall HR strategy, including setting up five new branch offices in China and senior leadership recruitment and development to support the company fast business growth.

She has an MBA from Marymount University, Virginia, USA; a MA from Shanghai Maritime University, Shanghai, PRC; and a BA from Anhui Normal University.
