Managing Partner and Nonprofit Practice Leader

Divina Gamble is the Managing Partner of Korn Ferry’s Washington, DC region and Global Nonprofit Practice Co-Leader. She is also a member of the firm’s Board & CEO practice and Sports practice.

Ms. Gamble specializes in the recruitment of senior leaders within the nonprofit, corporate social responsibility, association, and education arenas. She has placed CEOs for regional, national and international organizations, start-up and renowned foundations, leading social service organizations, arts and cultural centers, and some of the world’s most prominent sports organizations. 

Ms. Gamble has conducted searches for organizations including the Rockefeller Foundation, the Ford Foundation, Feeding America, the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation, United Way, the McKnight Foundation, the Skillman Foundation, Human Rights Council, Goodwill International, and Make-A-Wish Foundation.  She has also connected leadership searches across the world of sports philanthropy, community engagement, and advocacy to include: SafeSport, Chicago Cubs Charities,  Miami Dolphins Foundation, Red Sox Foundation,  Philadelphia Flyers Charities, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, the Muhammad Ali Center, and the Women’s Sports Foundation.

Ms. Gamble joined Korn Ferry from Discovery Communications, Inc. where she worked on the Global Project Management team. Prior to Discovery, she served as an academic counselor to first year students and student athletes at Georgetown University and as a charter school teacher in Washington, DC.

Ms. Gamble received a Bachelor’s and Masters of Art’s from Georgetown University. She served as a chair for the Georgetown University Alumni Admissions Program. She is presently on the Executive Committee of Junior Achievement of Greater Washington and previously served on the Board of Directors of Girls Inc DC and the board of Melwood Inc, a social enterprise removing obstacles to employment.  She is a member of Pipeline Angels, investing in women social entrepreneurs, and she serves on the National Black MBA Association Advisory Council.
