Ms. Filler brings to Korn Ferry close to 25 years experience in executive search and has worked globally throughout her career. With a strong focus on international assignments, she has significant experience and understanding of the Eastern European executive landscape. Ms. Filler leads the Human Resources Centre of Expertise for EMEA.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Filler worked for Heidrick & Struggles based in Zurich, where she also lead the EMEA Human Resources Practice as well as a strong focus on consumer and life sciences. Prior to that she was with A T Kearney based in Sydney focusing on assignments across the Asia Pacific region.

Before entering the search profession, she spent over twelve years in human resources with some of Australia's largest organizations in financial services, telecommunications and IT, learning and development, performance and reward. She has spent significant time in post merger integration work especially across the Pacific.

Over the years, Ms. Filler has contributed to implementing diversity practices into organizations, work that has been recognized with multiple awards for best practices. She has been often published on the topic of human resources in organizations and has made several presentations at global conferences on this subject. The book entitled "Chief Human Resources Officer: Defining the New Role of Human Resources Leaders' has been published with the dual contribution of Ellie Filler with Dave Ulrich.

Ms. Filler holds a degree in industrial relations (labor law) and political science from New South Wales University, Australia. She is fully accredited as a practitioner and trainer in Targeted Selection Interviewing. She is also a certified assessor for Assessment and Development Centres.

Ellie sits on the Non-Executive Board of the Swiss Australian Chamber of Commerce, Advisory, is Board member for Foundation for Learning and Chair of the Korn Ferry Advisory Board EMEA

She is fluent in English, Russian and German.
