Mr. Etienne Capelle brings over fifteen years of experience working with leaders across a wide range of cultures and industries, serving clients for the healthcare, telecommunications, industrial goods industries and multilateral organisations.

Mr. Capelle has helped leaders achieve tangible results in their organizations, using leadership assessment, team effectiveness, and experiential leadership development.

His expertise includes defining the leadership requirements for executing client's strategy, leadership assessment and development, top team effectiveness, action learning and culture transformation.

Mr. Capelle has a passion for developing agile leadership by enabling and coaching leaders doing agile leadership work during organizational change efforts.

He is also known as a highly engaging facilitator with a natural flair to easily build rapport with and motivate people to learn in a practical and meaningful environment.

Prior to joining the Firm, Mr. Capelle was a Senior Consultant with PDI Ninth House, now a Korn Ferry company. His professional history includes: training consultant for conflicts & negotiations for Cegos, Paris, national buyer and product manager, Carrefour France; commercial attache, French embassy, Athens, Greece; and quality manager, Yoplait, France. Mr. Capelle earned his master's degree in bioengineering from the University of Technology of Compiegne. He is fluent in English, Swedish, and French.
