Faith is passionate about people and helping them thrive professionally. She brings positivity and empathy into each interaction, understanding her client's objectives and how people can power the results.

Whether it is a controller to step in for a maternity leave, a large industrial client that is going through a software implementation, or a mid-market PE backed company in need of a CFO, she places the best interim talent in a variety of industries and company sizes.

Prior to Business Development, Faith worked on a range of public and private companies in an array of industries (industrial, financial services, restaurants, hospitality, etc) as a Big 4 public auditor. Next, she moved internally into risk management, aiding Partners and Directors with transactions (SPAC, IPO’s, mergers, etc.), policy, internal controls, and as a system expert.

Received her Masters in Accounting at University of Missouri (Mizzou).  An active CPA that is also active in the young professional's network for American Cancer Society and Association of Corporate Growth. When not in the market, she is in the mountains!
