Mr. Mejorada is accountable for the development of several clients with a global perspective, working to develop relationships. He acts as a point for sales activities, supervising project execution, looking after final quality of the delivery, and client overall satisfaction. He supports companies to identify and propose synergies coming from different projects.

Mr. Mejorada worked within the human resources team for one of the top IT companies, adapting the organization to a new global strategy and to become a truly global company. He took a leading role in the definition of new organizational design, sizing of the new regions and final implementation of the project.

Mr. Mejorada has led assignments for a wide range of organizations both nationals and multinationals, working at C-Suite level in different industries like oil and gas, financial or media. His expertise lies in organizational effectiveness, where Mr. Mejorada has had the opportunity to develop client proposals and lead projects defining business models, process improvement, modernization and business plans, workforce planning, and sizing.

Mr. Mejorada is also experienced in cultural transformation and employee engagement programs, establishing high impact ‘voice of the employee' programs.

Mr. Mejorada holds a degree in engineering from the Universidad Politecnica de Madrid.

Before joining Korn Ferry he carried out his professional activity in the field of business consulting at Neoris (CEMEX Group).

Mr. Mejorada is a native Spanish speaker and has an advanced level of English.
