He has a proven track record of building top tier teams to drive business outcomes for both domestic and international clients and is respected for his creativity, strategic thinking, and customer orientation in designing human capital solutions.

Prior to Korn Ferry, Gaurav held the position of APAC Executive Recruiting Leader – Technology at Google where he worked with senior stakeholders across product lines to build leadership teams.

In the past, Gaurav has had a successful stint with Korn Ferry where he was instrumental in ensuring the company’s continued growth in a highly competitive technology sector. He has worked with leading organizations such as PwC, Accenture, Infosys, HSBC, Citibank and Dabur over his two decades long career.

Gaurav has an MBA in Sales & Marketing from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), Delhi and is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC) and Don Bosco School, Kolkata.
