Ms. Gentili is involved in projects for different types of national and multinational companies. Her client work has encompassed a wide variety of industries including financial, consumer, industrial, life sciences, and technology. She took part in many global projects, working with leaders and teams in international environments.
Ms. Gentili helps clients succeed by supporting them in defining the right behaviors for future challenges, identifying talents, and coaching leaders.
Ms. Gentili works mainly within capability assessment and leadership transformation areas. She has experience in developing and designing competency models and applications (for development and selection), including 360° questionnaires and assessment centers.
Ms. Gentili has a deep knowledge of the methodology used in assessment (on-line tools and exercises) and competency modeling (behavioral event interview and focus groups). She facilitates training on this topic both for colleagues and for clients.
Previously, she spent almost two years in Boston at the McClelland Center for Research and Innovation.
Ms. Gentili holds a degree in organizational and social psychology, from the University of Padua in Italy. She is officially certified by the Italian Association of Psychologist and has worked for Korn Ferry for almost 20 years.
Ms. Gentili is fluent in Italian and English.
