Senior Client Partner, Global Industrial Practice
Gordon Orlikow is a Senior Client Partner in Korn Ferry’s Vancouver & Toronto offices. Mr. Orlikow facilitates the Canadian Board Practice.
Mr. Orlikow has conducted numerous board and executive search assignments notably in clean tech, natural resources, infrastructure and manufacturing.
The majority of search assignments led by Mr. Orlikow over the past 14 years have focused on C-suite assignments and non-executive directors for public and private company boards. In recent years, his practice has evolved to include a wide variety of sustainability related assignments including those associated with a low carbon future.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry 15 years ago, Mr. Orlikow began his career with Cargill and subsequently served as a human resources executive in leading companies across Canada.
Mr. Orlikow holds two masters degrees; economics (Queens University, Kingston ON) and public administration (University of Manitoba, Winnipeg).
Consistent with his keen commitment to helping Canadian organizations thrive in competitive global markets, he served ten years as President of Athletics Canada (the national sports federation for track & field) and continues to play a lead role on the nominating committees of both the Canadian Olympic Committee and World Athletics (fka, the International Association of Athletics Federations).
