Mr. Ariff has worked with top executives to address business issues especially in the areas of organisation and people. Using compelling business solution approaches and methodologies, he has engaged organisations, both local and multi-national and in diverse industries. He has been a critical technical expert in Korn Ferry's engagement with government, commissions and law enforcement agencies.
Mr. Ariff has experience as a project leader and involved as a technical advisor for projects ranging from integrated human capital management, organisational re-structuring and design, manpower optimisation, performance management, employee engagement and strategic rewards.
On the technical side, Mr. Ariff was the country's practice lead for work measurement methodology prior to his current role.
He is an accredited expert coder for Korn Ferry Hay Competencies Model and an accredited facilitator for Making Great Leaders.
He works across many areas of Korn Ferry Advisory expertise. He is trained in employee engagement, reward management, talent management, performance management, emotional intelligence, making great leaders, behavioral event interview and coding, CEO and executive succession planning.
Mr. Ariff is highly experienced in facilitating high level workshops and high stakes engagement sessions including sessions with board members, key top government officers and ministers, and also top executives in MNCs.
Mr. Ariff first worked with PETRONAS, a fortune 500 oil & gas company. He later joined Mead Johnson, a fast moving consumer goods subsidiary of Bristol Myers-Squibb. After 9 years in corporate world, he ventured into consulting with Korn Ferry Advisory.
Mr. Ariff holds a Bachelor of Science Business Administration, Human Resources from Drexel University. He is well versed both in written and spoken English and Malay.
