He leads the Work Measurement practice for Korn Ferry in the Netherlands. He works with HR and Business leaders to improve organizational effectiveness.

Mr. van Vijfeyken acts as a specialist in the field of Work Measurement and is recognized as such by his clients. Example clients are Heineken, Royal FrieslandCampina, Ahold Delhaize, ASML, AkzoNobel, DSM, Signify.

Mr. van Vijfeyken holds a Msc. in International Business Studies with a specialization in Strategy and Organization of the Maastricht University. He followed part of his Master at the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Grenoble in France. He holds a PhD from the Technical University of Eindhoven, the Netherlands. The title of his PhD thesis was “Managing Team Performance: Interdependence, goals and rewards”.
