Ms. Holbrook-Lui has designed and led leadership development, talent management, assessment and coaching programs that deliver significant positive results.

A highly skilled facilitator trained in adult learning methodologies, she creates leadership development experiences that are both engaging and effective.
Ms. Holbrook-Lui combines two decades of multinational business experience with knowledge of leadership theory and practice to help clients develop talented and effective global leaders.
Prior to joining Korn Ferry, she led human resources teams on three continents and in four different industries. She was the chief human resources officer for one of the largest global travel management firms and headed human resources for a world leader in hotels and hospitality. She began her career in one of the largest US banks.
Ms. Holbrook-Lui earned a master’s degree in education from Harvard University where she did research on organizational leadership and adult learning. She holds a master’s degree in business administration with a finance concentration from Boston University and did her university-level studies at Colorado College. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation.
American by birth and a fluent French-speaker, she has made Hong Kong her home since 2003.
