Heidi is responsible for the delivery of high quality assessment solutions to the Search community across EMEA as well as bridging the Advisory A&S business and Search Assessment offerings, by aligning tools, solutions and learnings across business lines. 

Prior to Korn Ferry, Heidi built her career in another international leading Advisory firm, working in Executive search as well as Advisory spanning C-level recruitments, Leadership Assessments and Development and Culture diagnostics. In addition, she held a managerial responsibility as Nordic Research Director. 

Heidi is known for her ability to build relational depth, trust and credibility with clients as well as colleagues, always empowering and pushing for potential. 

Heidi brings a Master’s degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from University of Copenhagen and University of California Los Angeles. 

She is fluent in English and Scandinavian languages.
