Henrik focuses on global leadership advisory and Board, CEO and other C-Suite executive search work in enterprise supply chain management, manufacturing & operations, logistics & distribution and procurement positions across large global industrial and private equity clients and companies. He also specializes in transportation & logistics and industrial & business services sectors at a global level.

Henrik also leads the Executive Search business at Korn Ferry in EMEA and across all markets.  He brings significant  experience leading complex engagements driving business value across a broad scope of organizations.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Henrik spent 14 years with another global executive search firm where he co-led the EMEA region, led a global transformation program and served as the global practice leader for the Industrial and Supply Chain Practices. Before then, Henrik spent 18 years in the Transportation & Logistics industry with Deutsche Post DHL where he held leadership roles in general management, business development and operations   across Europe and Asia.

A few years back Henrik moved after more than 20 years abroad from Belgium to our Copenhagen office.

Henrik holds a degree in logistics from the Danish Freight Forwarders Association, a diploma in management from the Copenhagen Business College, and an MBA from the University of St. Gallen. He is fluent in English, German and Danish.
