Mr. Sheng has more than 25 years' experience in professional services area specializing in executive search and advisory. He has been working in Korn Ferry for 10+ years, mainly focus in industrial, Hi-Tech sectors, gained in both MNC and local organizations. He is also very active in CIO/CFO related COE positions across different industries.

Mr. Sheng's experience in professional services dates back to 1997, where he was the first group of consultants specialized on the process optimization consultation. From 2006, Mr. Sheng joined HR consulting/Executive search area, and became specialized in executive assessment, executive coaching, leadership & talent development, top team effectiveness , change management and organization effectiveness. Mr. Sheng is a trusted advisor to CEOs, and he is the only few consultants in China, who can drive superior performance by process optimization and people.

Mr. Sheng has produced a number of leadership specific research and opinion papers, and is a frequent conference speaker. His recent topics include Digital Sustainability in China, China CFO Study.

Mr. Sheng holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
