Mr. Camurdan has worked with a wide range of organizations across industries and geographies and at different consulting practices. He is passionate about helping organizations clarify their strategies, decode value drivers in their business models, and build effective structures to boost their performance.

Mr. Camurdan has successfully lead consulting projects for manufacturing and service organizations in a variety of industries such as chemicals and materials, automotive, oil and gas, food, retail, and agribusiness.

Mr. Camurdan specializes in strategy execution, organizational design, and workforce planning, performance, and reward management.

Some of his recent projects include governance and organization transformation at a nationwide cooperative, strategic workforce planning at a leading chemicals company, organization design at a leading construction and real estate development firm, and short term variable pay model at a global materials and chemicals company.

Mr. Camurdan previously worked as a consultant at Deloitte, PwC, and as a corporate business development / mergers and acquisitions executive at several Turkish conglomerates. He holds a bachelors degree from Bogazici University in Istanbul and an masters of business administration degree from Iowa State University.

Mr. Camurdan is fluent in Turkish and English.
