Technologist by passion, Jai has over 20 years of Technology leadership & executive search experience. He brings diverse exposure operating across multiple countries and cultures, having worked extensively with multinational organizations across US & India. Prior to his search career, Jai has over 16+ years of experience in the technology industry in India & US. During his early career he worked with several startups in the Bay area as a Senior architect/ Consultant. Joined Bank of America in US and transitioned to India to manage global workforce for multiple business units across various geographies. He has hands-on expertise on emerging technologies - Product Engineering, cloud, data science, analytics, Security/ Access Management, etc.

Jai started his Search Career in 2015 & has partnered with multinational as well as Indian technology organizations (Product/ Services/ Captives/ etc.) for their CxO mandates - Product Engineering/Chief Architect, Sales, HR, Finance, etc.

Jai holds an MBA (PGPMAX) from ISB, Hyderabad and Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering. He also has a Professional Diploma in Technology & is Six Sigma Green Belt certified.
