She has worked with organizations helping them to improve employee retention and satisfaction, design processes to build strong pipeline of ready-now leaders, select and deploy leaders by assessing their potential and capabilities, implement and facilitate leadership and talent development and deployment.

Ms. Kupkovicova holds a doctoral degree in German grammar and literature and a master of arts degree in translation and interpretation from Comenius University, as well as a world bachelor of business degree in qualification for personnel and organizational development.
