In this role, Jane leverages a decade's worth of business development, marketing and consulting experience in the Consumer & Retail sector.

Before joining Korn Ferry, Jane was the Managing Consultant at a leading US Recruitment Company where she was responsible for developing new business. Prior to that, she spent a number of years as a Business Development Manager at Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP, an international law firm where her role involved strategic planning and client relationship management.

Her earlier career involved marketing consumer products for the North Asia region where she focused on channel development and managed a yearly budget of USD60 million.

Currently leading a team situated across offices in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, Jane is seasoned in designing customized recruitment solution to international MNC within Greater China region.

Jane was born in Shanghai and grew up in Hong Kong. She was educated at Hong Kong International School and received her Bachelor degree in Business Administration from University of Victoria, British Columbia. She speaks fluent English, Cantonese, Mandarin and Shanghai Dialect.
