Jason has 15+ years of Leadership development and strategic operations experience.  He has led teams all over the world, in highly fluid and dynamic operational environments. He has worked at the highest levels of industry and government, leading transformations, training executive communication, establishing doctrine and policy and aligning operational execution.  He has consulting experience globally.

Jason is business oriented and driven by client value creation and ROI. He is pragmatic and direct in his approach to delivering efficient and effective results.

Jason’s expertise is unique in the Nordics, as he has served in strategic roles for the US government in global operations and strategy execution. He focuses on:

• Top 100 leadership kick-offs and summits
• assessing C-suite / executive capability sets
• Optimizing the employee life cycle through mentoring, counselling and leadership pipeline development

Jason also serves as a senior member of our EMEA leadership team.

Jason holds a Bachelors Degree in Supervision and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville and a Masters in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. He has also received training in Design Thinking from IDEO at University of St. Gallen Switzerland and attended numerous professional courses in strategy, operations, tactics, leadership and global operational planning from The United States Department of Defense. He is a native English speaker and understands intermediate level Danish.
