Mr. Navarro brings 25 years of experience and a strong track record in driving business transformation at large corporations. He also has extensive exposure to leading initiatives in growth strategy, B2C/B2B sales, merger integration, supply chain and operations performance improvement.

Mr. Navarro combines a strategic mindset with creative thinking, passion and strong business judgment to support organizations in defining and executing new strategies and operational model enhancements while mobilizing people to achieve change. He has a global mindset having worked in fifteen countries and advised clients globally (Europe, North America, Latin America, Middle East).

Prior to joining to Korn Ferry, Mr. Navarro was a Managing Partner in his strategy consulting boutique focused on business transformation. Before this, he worked twenty-years for a leading global strategy consulting firm, where he served as a Partner and Leader of the Telecommunications, Media and Technology practice in Spain and Portugal. Earlier in his career he worked in the industry for IBM and Ford Motor Co.

Mr. Navarro holds an MBA from the University of Michigan (Ann Arbor, US), where he was a Fulbright Scholar, an MSc. in Engineering & Management of Manufacturing Systems from Cranfield University (UK) and an MSc. in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain).
