In this capacity he is accountable for executing the One Korn Ferry strategy by building client centric Korn Ferry teams and leveraging relevant Korn Ferry capabilities from Organizational Strategy, Total Rewards, Assessment & Succession, Talent Acquisition, and Leadership & Professional Development. 

Jelle has over 25 years of experience both from industry director roles as well as strategy consulting with a strong track record supporting his clients to make a difference and being successful in defining and realizing strategic objectives. 

In his previous employment, Jelle spent over 7 years as Managing Director, Client Account Executive where he successfully grew client engagements.

Jelle is a true global citizen, speaks 4 languages fluently and has a proven track record of working with clients and client teams from around the world.

Since 2023 Jelle and his family have been based in Copenhagen, Denmark. However, before that he has called five different countries home, most recently San Francisco, California. 

Jelle is a Dutch national and has degrees from St. Gallen, The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania) as well as an MSc in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management.
