October 22, 2023 – Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Jenna McLaughlin has joined as Sector Leader, Collegiate Sports Search. The addition of McLaughlin marks the formal rollout of the firm’s strategy to further engage collegiate institutions across the country as part of the company’s expanding global sports practice.

As part of the largest sports search and advisory practice of its kind, McLaughlin will elevate the college athletics business at Korn Ferry, working across sports operations and business operations to drive alignment, strategy, and culture. Whether it’s through executive search or other talent and leadership consulting, McLaughlin will surround and support the transformation required to energize the most important people in sport – the fans.

Prior to Korn Ferry, McLaughlin held a variety of roles within sports, including executive administrative leadership roles in athletics on several campuses. Most recently, she served as an executive search consultant at a boutique firm focused on intercollegiate sports.

McLaughlin began her career as a Division 1 basketball coach after her collegiate playing career.

McLaughlin holds a Master’s degree from Sacred Heart University and a Bachelor’s from Molloy College.
