Prior to her McLaughlin’s work in executive search, she served on numerous campuses, most recently serving as the Chief of Staff for NC State athletics. McLaughlin brings over 14 years of experience in collegiate athletics to Korn Ferry with career stops at The United States Military Academy, New York University and Sacred Heart University.

During her time at NC State, McLaughlin had oversight of the nationally prominent men’s basketball program, served as the Chair of the Name, Image, and Likeness Committee and sat on the Committee on Racial Equity for the Atlantic Coast Conference.

McLaughlin spent three years as a collegiate basketball coach at Army West Point before moving into administration where she ascended into the position of Human Resources Officer for the Army West Point Athletics Association.

In addition, McLaughlin spent six seasons as an assistant women’s basketball coach at the collegiate level.

She is a highly respected former athletics administrator and is known in the industry for her diverse experience, work ethic and connectedness. Her background in both college coaching and administration coupled with her most recent work in executive search provides broad and deep relationships throughout the industry.

McLaughlin is a graduate of Molloy University in New York and holds a master's degree in secondary education and teaching from Sacred Heart University.
