Jesper brings a holistic perspective based on real life experience to Korn Ferry’s clients, having spent over twenty years leading organizational change and driving digital transformation initiatives across the technology, logistics, and marine sectors.

The majority of this has been with the A.P. Moller-Maersk Group, both at headquarters in Denmark, as well as Russia, Senegal and South Africa. He held various management positions, including being the Vice President of Sales & Customer Service globally, as well as heading up the global digital transformation program.

The last 7 years Jesper has acted as an independent advisor to large multinationals as well as Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth funds and top tier consulting companies.

He has also chaired and overseen successful exits and investment rounds for multiple start-ups and currently holds active board positions in Youredi (Finland) and IQinaBox (Denmark).

Jesper has a Bachelor of Business Administration and Graduate Diploma (HD) from Copenhagen Business School and a graduate from the A.P. Moller-Maersk Shipping School. 

Additionally, he has attended Stanford and Harvard Executive Programmes.

He is fluent in Danish and English as well as proficient in French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Norwegian - and able to do local market negotiations in Wolof.
