Mr. Rini currently resides in Los Angeles, CA.  At Korn Ferry, Mr. Rini is a Managing Consultant on the Sales, Marketing, & Digital Center of Expertise team, a member of the Global Chief Marketing Officers Practice, and member of the Global Sports Practice.

Throughout Mr. Rini’s tenure in Executive Recruitment he has established a successful track-record of recruiting mid-market to executive leadership in Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Digital, and eCommerce functional areas. Mr. Rini has deep knowledge and relationships in Consumer, Industrial, Retail, Sports, and Media industries. Through thought leadership, client development, and engagement execution Mr. Rini has established himself a core team member at Korn Ferry.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mr. Rini was a Vice President for an Executive Search Firm where he focused in placing Sales and Marketing professionals throughout the Midwest and strategically throughout the United States.

Before entering the world of Executive Recruitment, Mr. Rini spent nearly a decade in the Collegiate and Professional Sports Industries. Mr. Rini started his career as a Student Assistant and Video Coordinator at Ashland University where he was a member of back-to-back playoff teams for the first time in school history. From there, he joined the Tiffin University coaching staff and coached Wide Receivers, Running Backs, and was the Video Coordinator. Mr. Rini coached multiple All-Conference selections and NFL Running Back – Chris Ivory. In 2012, Mr. Rini was part of the Cleveland Browns organization and member of the Video Department.

Mr. Rini has a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Communication from Ashland University and an MBA with a focus on Sport Management from Tiffin University.
