Jon’s passion is people. An extrovert at heart, he enjoys finding the perfect interim project for each individual’s desires, drivers, and motivators.

Before Joining Salo, Jon held leadership roles in various HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits at Target Corporation, Buffalo Wild Wings and Sleep Number. When he joined Salo in January 2018 he started as a Talent Connection Manager where he was responsible for helping build the Salo Human Resources talent community by cultivating relationships in the local marketplace and establishing dynamic connections between Salo and top senior-level HR prospects.

In his current role Jon leads the internal talent acquisition, consultant sourcing, and people support teams at Salo with the goal of driving value and efficiencies to Korn Ferry’s incoming talent processes every day.

Jon holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the Carlson School of Management where he is also a member of the Alumni Board of Directors. He also enjoys volunteering in his community and coaching his son’s sports teams.
