Associate Client Partner
Jon is the leader of Korn Ferry’s Organisation Strategy practice for the UK&I. He leads the team which delivers transformation outcomes for our clients with projects that encompass Top Team Performance, Organisation Design & Analytics, Work & Career Architecture, People Strategy & Performance, and Culture, Change & Comms.
Jon joined Korn Ferry in 2013 and during his time here he has gained a breadth of experience across all of the firms offering. He enjoys designing and leading on the delivery of large, complex, global projects which typically have an element of strategy or transformation.
Jon brings a data-driven approach; he enjoys incorporating Korn Ferry’s research and insights in his work to help organisations solve complex problems.
Jon works across all sectors but he spends most of his time working with our Financial Services and Industrial clients. Recently he has worked with a global universal bank head quartered in Europe to define a career architecture which enabled an agile way of working, and a Fortune 500 global industrial firm based in the USA to design and deliver a culture change programme to drive a digital transformation.
Jon has broad experience across all areas of Korn Ferry’s Organisation Strategy practice and he is one of our global leaders in Work & Career Architecture.
Prior to working at Korn Ferry Jon read LLB (Hons) Law at the University of Sheffield before going on to complete a post-graduate diploma in legal practice (LPC), and practicing as a lawyer.
