Ms. Gong has over twenty years of experience in human resources consulting in China, and over sixteen years in the executive search business. She joined Korn Ferry in 2005. She has been dedicated to the search of C-level executives in the industrial and financial service sectors in China and Asia Pacific. Ms. Gong successfully led to build HR functional practice in China. And she also led to develop on-boarding process for senior leaders in China. At present, she is leading to build Education and Agriculture practice in China.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Ms. Gong was a Senior Consultant with another executive search firm for four years, concentrating on chemical, financial service, hi-tech, automotive,
diversified manufacturing and consumer goods industries.

Her earlier experience included six years at an HR consulting company as an Assistant Manager and Senior Consultant of its business consulting division.

Ms. Gong holds her Doctor of Education from Rossier School of Education at University of Southern California, a Master in Business Administration from Marshall School of Business at University of Southern California, and a bachelor's degree in Scientific English from Shanghai University. She also completed a master program in Human Resources Management from China Peoples' University.

Ms. Gong is a certified coach of International Coach Federation.
