Mr. Ruuskanen helps remuneration committees and companies design and implement effective remuneration. Juhani has extensive experience in designing reward strategies, incentives and performance management systems.

Mr. Ruuskanen has had several local and regional business positions within Korn Ferry. He was invited to be a Korn Ferry partner in 2007.

Mr. Ruuskanen consults clients on a wide area of reward and performance management issues, including long- and short-term incentive schemes. Juhani is a member of Korn Ferry's international practice network on reward strategy and executive compensation. He is an EMEA practice expert for incentive design.

Mr. Ruuskanen has consulted with a wide range of companies in many countries and has predominantly focused on executive and sales remuneration in large organisations. He advices high number of Boards in the Nordic Countries with on-going basis on Executive remuneration.

Mr. Ruuskanen has wide experience in designing reward strategies and incentives. He has more than 17 years consulting experience at Korn Ferry and holds a Master's degree in Economics.

Mr. Ruuskanen holds a Master's degree in Economics. He studied in University of Helsinki and Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. Prior to joining Korn Ferry he worked for Merita in corporate functions and Statistics of Finland as an actuary running national production price survey. Juhani is a certified management consultant in Finland and advisor to Directors' Institute of Finland.
