Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Katharina spent more than seven years with another global Executive Search Firm, driving placements, assessments and succession planning on senior executive, CEO and board level in global and regional primary, large corporate and reinsurance organizations as well as the broader financial services industry in Switzerland and across Europe. She also led Diversity and Inclusion for financial services in Europe.

Prior to that, Katharina spent eight years in management consulting roles at a global consultancy. As a senior manager, she was responsible for regulatory consulting within financial services.

She led numerous international projects in finance transformation and risk management for both insurance companies and banks in Switzerland, Germany, Italy, the UK and the US.

Furthermore, Katharina worked as Senior Project Manager at Credit Suisse, executing international regulatory projects in private banking, with an emphasis on process engineering and optimization. She is a guest lecturer for the CAS in Insurance at University of Lucerne and a Board Member for the Bach Collegium Zurich.

Katharina earned a Master from University of Zurich and an MBA from University of Münster. In addition to her native German, she is fluent in English and Italian and speaks good French.
