She is responsible for driving future growth for the company across the entire region and manages several global strategic client relations across EMEA. She works closely with global clients to support their people strategy and deliver innovative talent acquisition programs aligned to their wider business strategies.
Ms. Cooper brings with her over eighteen years' experience, having lead the International RPO Business Division for Kenexa, overseeing all facets of the EMEA operation including Business Development, Operations, Client Services and Implementation. Prior to joining Kenexa, she held a number of leadership positions in AMS - her final position being Director of their Interim (Staff Augmentation) business. Ms. Cooper also architected and managed the RPO solutions for some of AMS's most complex Global Multinational clients delivering savings to her customers in excess of $20 million per annum.
With nearly two decades of recruiting experience, she has spent the majority of her career with Investment Banking and Financial Services institutions. Having held a diverse number of roles in RPO, namely Implementation, Solutions Architecture, Business and Customer Relationship Management as well as having worked in-house and for a contingent agency (Michael Page), Ms. Cooper continually adds value to every RPO customer through her wide-reaching expertise - ensuring our RPO business continues to be at the forefront of thought leadership and exceptional execution for each and every customer.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Sociology, a Masters in HR and is a graduate and member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
