With 20 years in the executive search business, Kevin has extensive experience in recruiting senior executives and board directors worldwide. He has led and supported dozens of search and succession exercises for energy, energy infrastructure, and industrial organizations various sizes including several large-cap and high-profile engagements. His work covers a broad spectrum within the energy and natural resource industries, including energy infrastructure & midstream, upstream exploration & production, conventional and renewable power generation, utilities, electric transmission and distribution, downstream refining, petrochemicals, agriculture, and energy/industrial services. 

Kevin’s clients range from large-cap public companies through to start-up / emerging organizations and he has deep experience working with private equity and financial sponsors to support their investments in the broader energy and industrial sectors.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Kevin spent several years with another global executive search firm leading industry projects across North America with a focus on C-Suite and Board of Directors recruitment, as well as advisory services.

Kevin is a regular lecturer and guest presenter on talent trends, executive compensation, executive and board succession, and board effectiveness. Kevin is a former member of the boards of the Calgary Philharmonic Orchestra, the Calgary Jewish Federation and the Canadian Association of Jewish Federations and is an active volunteer and fundraiser for numerous charities including the Alberta Cancer Foundation, the Calgary Humane Society, and the United Way.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Concordia University in Montreal.
