Tokyo, 03 May 2022, - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Koji Suzuki has joined the firm as a senior client partner in the firm’s Consulting business, focused on people and organization strategy. He is based in the Tokyo office.

Suzuki has more than 20 years’ experience in talent management advisory firms. helping organizations implement business transformational talent strategies to pursue innovation and sustainable growth. He has led several HR globalization projects for Japanese manufacturing, consumer products and pharmaceutical industries. He also has in depth experience in HR transformation and HR technology supporting organizations evolve HR from functional support strategic business partner.  He is also a published author, including Basic HR Management in China and ASIA and Reward and Talent Management in Asia.
