Los Angeles, April 2022 - People are at the heart of our business and as the conflict in Ukraine escalates, our hearts go out to everyone whose lives have been forever changed. 

Aligned to our values, we are focused on our people. Supporting our colleagues and their families in Ukraine with direct financial support, transportation, housing, employment mobility, physical and mental health resources. Their safety and well-being is paramount. The Korn Ferry Charitable Foundation has also donated to the International Red Cross and the UN Refugee Agency to help the injured, displaced, and grieving at this terrible time. 

Korn Ferry’s Russian operation has been suspended. We are looking to redeploy our Moscow colleagues on international assignments and providing employment mobility opportunities to other Korn Ferry offices.  

The tragic loss of life, the devastation, and the destruction are unconscionable, and we continue to add our voice to those who call for peace.
