For the 13th year with Korn Ferry’s advisory practice, Ms. Qiu supports her clients across a number of market places and industry sectors as a talent and organisational strategy consultant with 17 years advisory experience. Ms. Qiu stays close to her clients and leverages her expertise in organisational strategy, integrated talent management, leadership development and succession management to support transformative and growth agendas through integrated and strategic solutions.

Ms. Qiu joined Korn Ferry from a global organisational consulting firm in Boston, where she was program director of its Global Institute for Leadership Development, ranked the top executive education program by Leadership Excellence in 2008. During her four year tenure with the firm, Ms. Qiu partnered with key clients from a variety of industries to design and deliver high impact leadership development initiatives and programs.

Prior to this, Ms. Qiu started her career in organisational development at the United Nations headquarters in New York.

Ms. Qiu holds a MPA Degree from University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s of Law Degree from Beijing University. She is also a certified practitioner of organisational development approved by Human Resource Certification Institute in the United States.
