In the last 7 years at Korn Ferry, she has assisted in on-boarding key talent in leading Indian and  International Financial Services groups across Board Directors, CEOs and CXOs.

Before Korn Ferry, she was at Office Tiger where she led the research and analytics division for the  financial services domain, leading a team of ~50 people. Prior to Office Tiger, she was a Senior  Consultant with Arthur Andersen, where she was part of the Valuations Services Group and  conducted business valuations for a number of companies / businesses across various industry  groups. She also assisted in market & financial feasibility studies and business & process  improvement studies to recommend process improvements to further bottom line.

In her 3 years with EY, she conducted new product launch studies to provide clients with clear  insights into markets that they wished to enter, enhancing their ability to execute a successful  product launch, provided mergers and acquisitions advisory and financial advisory services and  assisted in financial due diligence reviews for a number of clients involved in acquisitions to ensure  accuracy of financial information.

Leena holds a Master’s degree in Management Studies and is a Commerce graduate, both from the  University of Mumbai, India.

In addition, she has also completed her CFA – Level 1 from the CFA Institute, USA as well as a 3-year Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT.
