With more than 17 years of experience, Lidia has a proven ability to lead client relationships in the industrial sector. With expertise in functions as Supply Chain, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Digital Transformation and Logistics, Lidia is recognized as having outstanding and committed customer service.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry Mexico, Lidia was Commercial Director at CAINTRA, one of the most important industrial chambers in Mexico. She was responsible to advise more than 800 companies for more than 6 years. Previously, she worked at Heineken Mexico for more than 11 years where her passion for continuous improvement and talent development began. 

Lidia earned a BS in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnologico y Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM) and MBA from EGADE, ITESM Graduate School of Business.

She is fluent in Spanish and English.
