She fosters an exceptional customer experience, engaging key stakeholders to innovate and implement the right ‘future of work’ strategies.

Lisa joined Korn Ferry from a global talent firm where she led their Talent Management growth strategy and advisory services for complex business transformations. She has extensive experience in workforce transformation, leading teams across multiple sites and brings a unique background serving in enterprise leadership roles, driving organizational strategy and change management initiatives, building and executing the organizations strategic workforce planning framework and leading the recruitment and on-boarding efforts. 

Lisa holds a bachelor’s degree in organizational development from Regis University and an associate of science degree in dietetics from Madison Area Technical College. She received her HR strategy and metrics qualifications from the American Strategic Management Institute of Washington, DC.

With over 20 years of progressive administration and advisory expertise in multi-industry, for-profit, not-for-profit, ancillary and academia settings, Lisa’s diverse experience has allowed her to develop actionable insights and problem-solving responses in support of her Korn Ferry clients and their organizations.
