She has been in the trade for more than a decade and joined Korn Ferry recently as Principal in Global Industrial Markets Practice, in the Mumbai office.

Prior to joining Korn Ferry, Mahima was Partner & Head - Industrial Sector and DEI for another global search firm where she helped clients appoint C suite executives  (in general management, legal, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, finance, HR, Digital, Communication, ESG) across process manufacturing and diversified manufacturing sectors. She also helped clients improve their diversity in leadership teams across various functions.

Mahima completed her bachelor’s in arts from Lady Shri Ram College, Delhi University and MBA from Indraprastha University. She has also completed a certification on Emerging Market Economics from University of Oxford.
