Malgorzata is a member and leader of the Warsaw CoE. Building and leading the Project Management team, which specialises in running end-to-end local and international project at Assessment & Succession.
The PM and leader skills acquired in localisation business, where Malgorzata worked as a Senior Project Manager for an international team of Project Coordinators and Project Managers. Successfully managing localisation projects for key players in Software, Science, Marketing and Technology. Experienced account and client service manager.
Malgorzata holds the Scrum Master certificate (2024), Agile PM Foundation certificate (2021) and the Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (2019).
She speaks Polish and English fluently.
