Dr. Mana works with senior executives and board members to enhance organisational and people effectiveness. Partnering with clients, he has addressed prevailing issues, such as organisation transformation, mergers and acquisition, privatisation and IPO, human resource (HR) professionalisation, workforce productivity, and integration.

Dr. Mana also leads engagements and advised many types of client organisations, from large conglomerates, small and medium enterprises, privately held, publicly-listed, state-linked enterprises and government agencies.

With more than 25 years of advisory and HR experience, he works with clients in organisation design, talent strategy, executive reward, leadership development and workforce planning, particularly in telecom, energy and financial sectors in the region. He is also a member of the global technology market in Asia Pacific. 

He was Director and Head of HR for an integrated telecom conglomerate. Dr. Mana began his consulting career with Hay Group in its Philadelphia office before relocating back to Thailand to help set up the Bangkok office. He was formerly the Head of ASEAN, an ownership board member of Hay Group, and was Managing Director with another major consulting firm.

He holds Bachelor’s of Arts in Economics and Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering from Swarthmore College, and Master’s of Systems Engineering and a Doctorate in Systems from the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Mana is a member of Thailand Management Association and a graduate member of Thailand Institute of Directors.
