With over 25 years of working in Talent Management, she has extensive experience in Executive Search. Focuses on the coordination and execution of board, chief executive and senior level assignments across different sectors. Mariana has been advising executives, from a wide array of industries and cultures, to help them tackle personal challenges and development issues in their careers.

Mariana had the opportunity to work with most companies listed in the Portuguese Stock Exchange Market, many multinational companies and international investors with operations in Portugal, as well as with a large number of Portuguese privately held companies.

Previously Mariana worked for a small Consulting office in Los Angeles, USA, for Procter & Gamble in Portugal as controller, having started her career in Price Waterhouse working as an auditor.

Guest Speaker at the Corporate Governance: Boards Leadership course at Nova SBE, Executive Education. She is Member of the Board of Duke of Edinburg Award, Portugal and PWN Lisbon.

Mariana holds a business administration degree with special emphasis on finance from the Catholic University of Lisbon and the Advanced Management Program from Catholic Univ. / Kellogg's School of Management. Certified Coach – level 2 from Escola Europeia de Coaching.

She is fluent in Portuguese and English, with knowledge of Spanish and French.
