London, 8 August 2022, - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Mark Richardson has joined the firm as a senior client partner in Korn Ferry’s Organization Strategy consulting practice. He will be based in the London office. 

Prior to Korn Ferry Richardson worked for a professional services firm where he was a client director and partner. Throughout his career, Richardson has maintained a strong focus on culture and transformation, serving  as a trusted advisor for a wide range of clients, helping organizations develop cultures of customer advocacy across their teams and operations. Richardson brings to Korn Ferry advanced skills in developing high performance cultures, learning, leadership, and top team effectiveness, which he uses to orchestrate and implement transformative programs for organizations.

He was formerly an elite athlete in track and field, winning an Olympic silver medal in the 4x400m relay in Atlanta 1996, in addition to world champion medals in 1997 and silver Commonwealth games medals in 1998.

Richardson has a Bachelor’s degree in sports science from Loughborough University.
