With more than 20 years of sales, management and Sales Performance consultancy experience, Martín interacts with business leaders from Latin America, Europe and USA concerned about increasing the commercial productivity on massive markets or environments B2B, who value his systemic vision, his commercial vocation, his orientation to results and his experience in “business cases” that allowed him to generate integral solutions in relation to Sales productivity in first level companies such as Google, Telefónica, Brenntag, Eurochem, Banco Santander, Claro, Unilever, Movistar, VTR, Dupont, Banco Galicia, Sage, Ausenco, BBVA, Johnson & Johnson, Motorola, EY, KPMG, Entel, among others.

Due to this knowledge and experience in sales processes, methodologies, cultural adoption strategies, sales channels and CRMs, he is often invited as keynote speaker in different conferences around Latin America,  looking forward increasing the value and importance of sales in the organizations.

Before starting on the Sales Performance arena, he has developed various experiences in complex environments: Center for Strategic Studies of the Argentine Army, business organizations from different industries and has penetrated into the consultancy specializing in Mass Media.

Martín graduated from the Catholic University Argentina (U.C.A) in Political Sciences and has complemented his training attending intensive programs delivered by academics from the fields of Performance Technology in the United States and Canadá. He is member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (I.S.P.I). Also, he possesses the degree of Miller Heiman's Master Certfied, being a reference for complex sale in Latin America and in 2014 obtained a degree in Harvard Business School.

He lives with his wife and kids and distributes his free time between sports, volunteering, reading and family life.
