Mazen advised clients to successfully design and realize their strategic transformations.

His areas of focus include designing operating models, governance mechanism at board and c-level, strategy implementation, organization assessment and design including delegation of authorities, operational excellence, cost optimization and ways of working.

He also has in-depth knowledge of strategic workforce planning, workload analysis, employees performance optimization, human resources policies and procedures across the employee lifecycle, competency development, job evaluation and grading structure, reward strategies, and employees' transition.

Mazen has significant experience in the implementation of transformations across various industries and through thorough leadership alignment, knowledge transfer and change management across all levels.

Mazen holds a master's degree in Management Consulting from Dauphine University, Paris. He is certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and holds a certificate in Strategic Planning from the American Management Association (AMA) in New York. Mazen speaks English, Arabic and French fluently.
