She specializes in advising boards and CEOs on executive search and other leadership needs. Mette brings to her client work extensive expertise in business transformation and the building of winning teams. 

She has 30 years of leadership experience across various sectors, including media & technology, professional services, retail and leisure, industrial and manufacturing. She also has broad experience as a non-executive director and chair of numerous boards and nomination committees of both listed and non-listed companies. 

As partner of the "Norwegian Institute of Directors" over many years, Mette sits on the expert board guiding the Institute on Board and CEO succession and development matters for public owned companies in Norway. 

Mette started her career within finance and later transferred to corporate and organizational development. She spent 10 years with a leading Nordic media and online services company, in the latter years serving as the Chief People and Corporate Affairs Officer of the group. 

She has 10 years of executive search and leadership advisory experience from leading global firms.

Mette has a master’s degree in financial management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and a Master of Science in Organizational Change from Ashridge Hult Business School, UK.
